The Internet made a lot of things very simple. Bibliographies aren't among them.    J. Kronholz … the basic rules of citation are still applicable when referencing the Internet.    K. AMA Manual of Style requires a subscription or purchase to access the full text of books within the service. Public users can however freely search the site and view the abstracts and keywords for each book and chapter.
