Omission of Ellipses.

in AMA Manual of Style: A Guide for Authors and Editors (11 ed.)
Ellipses are not necessary at the beginning and end of a quotation if the quoted material is a complete sentence from the original. In a 2016 The Art of JAMA piece, Jeanette M. Smith, MD, wrote, “In Evening, a woman who has witnessed the ebb and flow of many seasons sits in peaceful repose by a window.”...View:
